The Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS) Pro-Am (also known simply as Fortnite Pro-Am) is one of the biggest Fortnite e-sports competitions out there. Not least of which is because of the game itself. Fortnite is one of the biggest online multiplayer for a reason. Many reasons actually, since the game is actually seven games in one with its various game modes. With all but one (Fortnite: Save the World) being free-to-play to boot. Thus, it makes this quite accessible to most everyone. Heck, the accessibility is even in the name of the competition itself. The term “Pro-Am” means “Professional-Amateur”, which means professional players are playing alongside total randoms from off the street. It’s this accessibility that is undoubtedly a big part of why the game is so popular, especially for esports.

Thus, you can understand why this year’s Fortnite Pro-Am is getting such big headlines, especially due to the change in venue. BLAST is partnering with Fandango and IMAX in order to bring Fortnite Pro-Am 2025 live to you in select AMC theaters. That’s right, they will broadcast the show live from Galen Center in Los Angeles, CA to select theaters in IMAX quality. You can see the full list of AMC theaters below:

Fortnite Pro-Am 2025 To Debut Live in Select IMAX Theaters

If you’re a fan of Fortnite, then this is the esports competition for you. It’s probably one of the few occasions when an esports event is getting broadcast live in theaters.
